Max was born on the 24th of September 1937. He was the youngest child of Jessie and Victor.
Max was an extremely lovely person.
His parents were 44 and 43 when they had him. Max lost his father when he was 7 and his mother by the time he was 11. Sadly when he died he too left a son of 7.
Max and his sister, Rosemary were very close. He lived for the end of his life in Port Elizabeth. He was married to Rae. Rae and Max had three children, Gillian , Carol-lyn and David. Each of them have had sons. Carol-lyns' sons each have had children. Max's genetics have been passed down with both his son and his grandson looking like him.
Max passed away when he was 45. He worked extremely hard trying and wore himself out. He was building a boat for many years of his life. If there is a heaven, I hope he spends his days sailing in cool breezes, having fun conversations with people who are kind and as lovely as he is.
